Get to know your elders

Elders have stories they want to tell, have a conversation with an older person and get to know their past experiences.

Write a list of all the topics that you would like to speak about, how about a life where phones were not around?

Enquire at a local care home to see if you can speak to some of their residents

Speak to a grandparent and take a trip with them and their friends!
