Make a special effort to achieve something. Challenge yourself by going that little bit further, whether it’s walking an extra few minutes or making the bed in the morning it really makes a difference.

Think about all of your daily tasks and see how you could go the extra mile, is it pushing yourself to wake up them 10 minutes earlier or having a healthier breakfast? All the little steps can make you go the extra mile.
Challenge your mind by pushing outside your comfort zone, maybe this is reading a challenging book, cooking dinner for friends or family spending time in an exhibition to learn more.
Getting tired? Remember why you are doing something and what you are trying to achieve. Think about the benefits, and give yourself a reward when you finish!
