Create your safe environment

Creating your safe space is essential for your mental health. Having an environment that you feel comfortable in will help you to excel in other areas of your life.

Where to start 

Your safe environment could be a place, such as your home or school, or could be about people, for example where all your friends are or a quiet place on your own.

Think about all the places where you feel calm, and how you might be able to create a safe environment from these. Do you need help to do this? Thinking about taking to others about what you might need.

Does your safe environment include activities? Could you read while here or is it just a place to think?
