Take a walk

Clearing your mind when you are stressed can be helped by walking, it helps to calm you down by distracting your mind from the problem. Exercise is a great way to relieve stress.

Where to start

Walk with a friend or family member, or if alone make sure someone knows were you are.


Try choosing a new route when you walk to get a different experiences.


Walk at different times of day – see how the environment changes!
