Where to start
Raise your hand in class to answer questions. Speaking in front of a crowd can be difficult, but the more you do it, the better you will become.
Have a different opinion to your friends? Be confident in your thoughts, and communicate this in a constructive way.
Get involved in causes and campaigns that you have something to say about. This could be anything you are passionate about, animal rights, the environment, access to arts or creating new activities for your town!
