It’s important to make time for yourself, learn about yourself and what makes you, yourself!

Where to start

How about writing a dream journal? Every morning take some time to write about what you dreamt about, this would be good to look back on later!


Make some time each day to do something that helps you relax – even if this is just 10 minutes. Everyone deserves a break!


Growing up is difficult with all the changes to your learning, how about getting ahead and using a weekly planner to schedule your time and the tasks you might need to do that day.
