Write a letter to a bully

Dear Bullies, thank you for making me strong! Getting your thoughts down on paper allows you to express your emotions in a physical way that will hopefully encourage you to understand that you are never the problem. The letter does not have to be sent, or specifically name the person it is written too – it’s for your benefit.

Where to start

This is your letter about your personal experience, don’t be afraid to share your true experience.

If you feel brave enough share your letter with a friend

If you are affected by bullying, there are lots of ways you can get help. Talking to someone you trust is a great first step, Young Minds have a large amount of information that you might find helpful.
