Write 5 things you are grateful for
It’s sometimes difficult to see the good in the environment you’re surrounded in. Just take five minutes each day or week to compile a list of all you are grateful.

Remember that this is your list, don’t compare yourself to others.
Stay consistent when writing your list, try to reflect in the evening and try to think of new things every day.
At the end of the month look at your list and see everything that you are appreciative for, this will allow you to have a positive outlook as time goes on.
